I made this order months ago. I returned the product because it was not what I expected; it was very uncomfortable, difficult to put on, and too small for the size they said. After returning the product, they gave me my money back, but after two weeks, they charged me again. The seller said that I had never returned it, and they charged me for something that I no longer had because I had returned it to them. I have the tracking number and all the information that I RETURNED the shaper. Why would I want to keep something I didn't like and didn't feel good about? I have tried to contact many people, but they have not helped me solve anything.
