I usually wear between a medium and a large depending on brand so I ordered these in a large to be safe and they fit fine but the elastic waist feels like it gets tighter and tighter the longer I have them on. Really wish I'd ordered a XL because the shorts are super cute, hopefully once I loose 10pds of this, stuck at home for a yr, covid weight the waist won't feel like it's trying to kill me.These are cute shorts but man are they snug on the thighs. I had to cut small slits on the sides so they aren't as tight at the thigh opening. I'm an average build/sizes girl. They also get better with ever wash as far as softness and color goes. I don't notice much stretch at all other than the waistband.I was looking forward to these shorts! They are cute & have a comfortable material. Sizing was totally off though. I sized up and still couldn’t even fit my booty over! Sadly will be returning.Loved these super cute and true to size, i will say they did shrink up when washed.I ordered a large and I couldn’t even get it up past my thighs. I don’t know if an XL would even fitI bought these in XXL thinking they would be cute and comfy based off other reviews but they definitely ran small and were super uncomfortable. I was disappointed because they look so cute in the pictures but if you’ve got curves I don’t recommend themI ordered these and they looked like they were for children! I ended up reordering 3 sizes bigger and they were still tight in all the wrong places and big other places. Don’t buy if you have hipsI took these out of the package and already knew they were going to be crap. The frayed bottoms were knotted together and the shorts a see through. Terrible quality shorts with absolutely no give.
